Apprentice Level I


Pay Rate:
$15 – $16 per hour

Experience / Qualifications:

Entry-level; little to no previous experience

Eager to learn the basics of HVAC, Plumbing, or Electrical trades

Key Responsibilities:

Assist senior technicians and journeymen with daily tasks

Maintain tools and equipment

Support various on-site activities while gaining hands-on experience.

Apprentice Level II


Pay Rate: $17– $18 per hour

Experience / Qualifications:

At least 1 year of experience or 75% completion of a recognized trade school program

Demonstrates commitment to advancing technical skills

Key Responsibilities:

Build on foundational skills acquired as an Apprentice Level 1

Start to undertake more complex tasks under supervision

Assist in diagnosing basic issues and performing routine maintenance

Show steady improvement in technical abilities and adherence to safety practices

Technician Level I


Pay Rate:
$19 – $20 per hour

Experience / Qualifications:

2–3 years of hands-on experience or graduation from a technical school

Solid understanding of trade practices in HVAC, Plumbing, or Electrical work

Key Responsibilities:

Execute routine installations, repairs, and maintenance tasks

Interpret job orders, schematics, and blueprints accurately

Collaborate effectively with team members to complete projects

Ensure work complies with local codes, industry standards, and company policies

Technician Level II


Pay Rate:
$21 – $22 per hour

Experience / Qualifications:

3–5 years of experience or a top-of-class trade school graduate

Proven track record of quality workmanship and advanced troubleshooting

Key Responsibilities:

Tackle more complex installation and repair assignments with minimal supervision

Provide guidance and support to junior apprentices and technicians

Optimize current job procedures by tweaking and enhancing technical skills

Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and customer service in all tasks

Senior Technician Level I


Pay Rate:
$23 – $24 per hour

Experience / Qualifications:

5–10 years of relevant field experience

Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage complex issues

Key Responsibilities:

Independently manage and complete service calls and projects

Diagnose and resolve advanced technical problems

Oversee quality control, ensuring that all work meets industry standards

Mentor junior technicians and provide technical leadership on the job site

Senior Technician Level II


Pay Rate: $25 – $26 per hour

Experience / Qualifications:

10–15 years of comprehensive industry experience

Operates just under management; poised to assume greater leadership responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Lead by example on high-level troubleshooting and complex repairs

Serve as a key resource for technical problem-solving and innovation

Mentor and develop team members while maintaining excellent workmanship

Prepare for potential transition into management through leadership and reliability

Install Foreman / Crew Lead


Pay Rate:
$27 – $28 per hour

Experience / Qualifications:

10–15 years of industry experience or proven leadership experience in the field

Strong interpersonal and supervisory skills

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise installation projects and lead a crew of technicians

Coordinate daily job schedules, delegate tasks, and ensure efficient workflow

Uphold high quality and safety standards across all projects

Serve as the communication bridge between the crew and management, ensuring that project progress and issues are promptly addressed

Service Manager / Project Manager


Pay Rate: $28 + per hour

Experience / Qualifications:

1–10 years of management experience

or

a business management degree combined with relevant field experience

Exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the service department or manage specific projects, ensuring successful completion

Develop strategies to optimize service delivery and project management processes

Coordinate with field technicians, crew leads, and vendors to maintain smooth operations

Monitor budgets, schedules, and project timelines while ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations
